Industrial Lubricant Oils
The benefits of synthetic oils relate to the molecules' stable nature and include a higher degree of hydrolytic stability and Demulsibility, a higher viscosity index (VI) and a lower pour point. The VI and pour point allow these oils to perform better across a broader temperature range.
If the equipment's operating conditions and environment are not as stressful or the financial impact of a failure would not be as significant, then you could probably get by with a mineral oil, as you are not likely to gain enough benefits from the synthetic oil to justify the cost.
The benefits of our gear oils relate to the lubricants’ stable nature and include a higher degree of hydrolytic stability and higher viscosity index (VI). Based on synthetic base stocks combined with optimal additives for protection against wear, seizure and high friction forces, our gear oils are specially developed for use in complex gear transmission drives. Also suitable for other components to be lubricated such as plain bearings, locking parts and other sliding pairs. Other important areas of application are gearboxes that operate in a wide temperature range and are exposed to high peak loads. When used on aluminium or aluminium alloy elements, special attention should be paid to wear.

IT-2507
Vanishing Stamping Oil
IT-2507 is a low viscosity, quick evaporating stamping fluid designed for drawing of both ferrous & non-ferrous sheet metal.
IT-2507 has to be applied by a suitable method on the sheet metal just before stamping. Apply the product thinly by spraying equipment or roll on one or both sides. After the operation, the residual oil will evaporate at room temperature without leaving any oil traces on the surface of the sheet metal. Cleaning of the sheets for removal of any oil traces for further operation is not necessary as it evaporates without leaving any traces. This is a ready to use formulation and do not mix with water.

IT-2597

IT-3406
Synthetic Blend Vacuum Pump Fluid
IT-3406 is formulated from a vacuum distilled ultra-pure paraffinic Mineral oils base stock & PAO that provides an extremely low vapour pressure. A non-foaming fluid, this has an excellent water separation and provides protection against wear, rust and corrosion.

IT-3408
Refrigeration Compressor Oils
IT-3408 series refrigeration oils are heavy-duty refrigeration compressor oils made from se-lect base stocks for minimum carbon deposits. These have special additives for excellent resistance to ammonia and other refrigerants and contains exclusive wear-reducing ad¬ditive. These are not recommended for use with HFC refrigerants. The oils combine the advantages of carefully selected base oils, which have inherently excel¬lent low temperature characteristics, with a highly effective additive package, creating peak perfor¬mance under the rigorous conditions encountered in refrigeration systems.
This product has efficient additives that inhibit sludge formation in the presence of commonly used refrigerants. Sludge will clog expansion valves, stick valves and rings, and cause deposits that choke the system’s cooling efficiency. IT-3408 will not produce corrosive or sludge-forming reac¬tions with metals and refrigerants commonly found in refrigeration systems. It does not foam and has excellent low temperature performance because it is supplemented with pour point depressants. This assures that the oil will remain perfectly fluid at low temperatures while maintaining the highest viscosity for effective lubrication.
IT-3408 is used for reciprocating and rota¬ry refrigeration compressors. Cold storage ware-houses, ice rinks, and meat and other food pro¬cessors are typical users of IT-3408. Every precaution should be taken to keep the oils dry to avoid the formation of ice in expansion valves, and to limit the risks of oil degradation, copper plating, etc.

IT-6000
Synthetic PAO Fluids
IT-6000 series are fully synthetic heavy duty industrial polyalphaolefin (PAO) gear oils intended for enclosed gears operating under adverse loads and temperatures. These are high quality, extreme pressure PAO gear oils offering exceptional performance in gears and other industrial applications and are available in a wide range of ISO viscosity grades; ISO Grades 32 to 680.
Designed for enclosed gear systems requiring ash-less oils, IT-6000 series gear oils have antioxidants and anti-wear additives to provide proper lubrication under hydrodynamic and mild boundary lubrication conditions. These are recommended for gear systems where moderate loads and high temperatures are expected, including worm gears containing soft metals such as bronze, brass and copper.

Phenyl Methyl Silicone Fluids
IT-7409 is a high content Phenyl methyl silicone fluid that is clear/colorless and odorless with a viscosity of 500 cSt (centistokes) @ 25°C. It is formulated for a wide range of high temperature applications and is widely used as a high temperature bath fluid, high temperature heat transfer fluid and high temperature dielectric fluid.
It is characterized by its high thermal stability, high resistance to oxidation, enhanced shear resistance, excellent lubricity, high dielectric strength, high Refractive Index and inertness to virtually all substrates. It has a Phenyl content between 48 to 52%. Due to the high phenyl content, it exhibits much higher thermal stability and resistance to oxidation than conventional PDMS silicone fluids and other conventional bath fluids.

IT-7413
Silicon PM Hot Bath Fluid
IT-7413 is a clear, 100% silicone belonging to the phenylsilicone group does not contain additives or solvents. The fluid exhibits much higher temperature stability than standard dimethyl silicones, and is the strongest performing phenyl silicone in our product line. In open systems (presence of air), IT-7413 has a service temperature range that exceeds 290°C.
In addition, IT-7413 exhibits higher oxidation resistance, greater thermal stability, higher compressibility and better shear resistance than standard silicones.

IT-7482
High Temperature Chain Lubricant
IT-7482 is a full-synthetic, premium chain lubricant designed for extreme high-temperature applications. IT-8017
Inert Lubricant
IT-8017 is a special high-pressure oxygen lubricant for reactive gas service. It provides an excellent lubrication over a broad temperature range. The lubricant is non-flammable and chemically inert. This product has been formulated with special oils for use in applications with high-pressure oxygen and other reactive gases. IT-8017 offers a combination of outstanding lubrication and highly desirable chemical properties that deliver remarkable performance and value. It exhibits long-lasting performance even under the demanding temperatures and pressures of reactive gas service. It is compatible with polymers used in seals, valves & ‘O’- rings. The non-oxidizing nature of the fluid makes the lubricant that last longer.

The lubricant has the ORT rating of 250 bars.
